One of the most promising young posts to come out of the tough Yugoslav school in recent seasons, 24 year old Biljana was the center of attention when she posted 19 points in Hemofarm Vrsac's Serbian Super League championship clinching 88-85 victory over Crvena Zvezda Belgrade. Biljana is also a member of the Bosnia and Herzegovina national team, which earned promotion to Division A of the European Championships in 2007. Coming off a superb 2008/09 season with Romania's hottest new team, Teleorman Alexandria.
